Each employee is responsible for following guidelines and regulations in their work. We value our employees’ development ideas for improving environmental protection.
REPORTING QUALITY VIOLATIONS AND DAMAGES
If an employee notices that our company or partner is acting against the policy, our guidelines, or legal requirements, they have the right and obligation to report it directly to their supervisor or anonymously through the Whistleblowing channel. Violations can be reported to authorities if there is reason to believe that the employee’s or partner’s actions violate environmental law.

Environmental Policy
Our environmental policy describes how to improve environmental performance in production, design energy and resource- efficient products, and reduce the environmental impact of product disposal. We aim for our products, services, and production to promote sustainable development.

Personnel and Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Policy is applied in all our operations and personnel must adhere to the principles described herein in their actions.Our personnel policy is based on our values, ethical operating principles, equality policy, and the annually updated personnel
plan. We commit to complying with the ISO 45001 standard and occupational health and safety legislation. We systematically improve occupational health and safety.

Our personnel policy is based on mutual trust and accountability. We build trust by investing in good job orientation and involving people in various ways.
HR Process Development
We invest in HR processes and engage personnel in the development of operations using applications. One of HR’s tasks is the continuous development of organizational competence. We also invest in effective orientation, which we develop based on the achieved orientation results.
Responsibility, Ethical Operating Principles (Code of Conduct)
Personnel are expected to act responsibly and adhere to ethical operating principles. Ethical principles are reviewed during orientation.
Equality and Non-Discrimination
We treat all employees equally. We adhere to the established equality plan.
Development of Leadership and Supervisory Work
We support leaders in supervisory work and consider the requirements and needs of people management already during orientation. All supervisors are entitled to participate in leadership and supervisory training.
Development of Well-Being and Work Atmosphere
Promoting well-being at work is part of annual planning. The responsibility for well-being lies with both the employer and employees. The employer creates the framework and conditions for supporting well-being at work. Employees are responsible for actively maintaining their own well-being. We actively collect development ideas from our staff and reward the best ideas. An early intervention model is in use. We conduct work atmosphere surveys annually and continuously monitor the work atmosphere and its development.
